I have a dizzy feeling all day and i feel sensation of less eyesight. I don't know why is it happening

Hello, This Question is regarding my Mom, Her Face has been twitching left side , Since 2013, It is getting worse with time, First her left eye used to twitch , Now it's like almost whole left side twitch sometimes, Her left eye has became small and has gone a little bit inside, We went to some neurosurgeon for this but they didn't prescribed any medicine for this and said injection will be given near Eye. Some of our relatives had this problem and they treated it using ayurvedic medicine and my mom tried those medicines but it didn't worked on her. Is there any medicine or any kind of treatment that would heal this permanently?? Thank you

No sir I don't have symptoms actually I think due to anxiety I am getting worried very much I read an article also and it states that to have a concussion u need to hit ur head it doesn't cause by moving head. If something would have happened then immediately at that time person would loose consciousness that is for sure if there would be impact. And main thing is brain is very well protected in a liquid as u said. If something would have happened immediate symptoms should have come like vomiting and one part of body would have been numb. If anything serious happens in head then main thing is vomiting will start and it will be uncontrollable.

Dr Anup Bende sir yes sir you are right much force is required for concussion. I meant to say is when a person is scared from something an instant reaction comes to protect yourself same happened to me when someone was splashing water at me my body just sent immediate reaction so my head was straight at the moment when water was splashed a sudden reaction came my eyes became closed and head moved a bit to right side and I felt like something inside my head has moved kind of like jelly has moved inside my head at top.

Hi 27 f.since 15 days feeling numbness and heavy feeling in head mostly near forehead corners sometimes right sometime left ears corner .was also feeling feverish ears blocked severe headaches at the end of the day...on and off since 15 days .eyes burning sensation .used paracetomol antibiotic citrizine tab also ...is it something serious or not to worry...
