Brain and Spine Problems

Hello, I have been recently diagnosed for migraine by a neuro surgeon and took allopathic treatment for a week before starting homeopathy for long term treatment. Homeopathy treatment is going on currently. I had a migraine attack (less severe in intensity) 2 days back. Since the last few days I am having on and off sudden pain in different parts of the head (forehead, sides of the head, on top of the head, behind the ears, on top of the eyebrows etc) This pain lasts for about a second and goes away and is recurring. Google is throwing all kind of scary stuff at me. Can any neurologist please help me here. What could this be? Thank you.

I had a stroke  1.5 years back. I got another stroke few days back. After my 2nd stroke dosage of Ecospirin has increased from 75 MG to 150 MG. I also have developed Vitamin B12 deficiency . Current Vitamin B12 level is 104 pg/mL. For that I take Benfomet Fortee. Apart from that I take Storvas 20 MG for Cholesterol. Right now , the cholesterol level is under control. I don't have diabetis, hypothyrodism or hypertension. Could you please evaluate my current CT scan report and give advise for a long term basis for better management and prevention of future stroke ? I don't have much problem now. I have little bit speech deficit and less energy to get involved in day to day work. But I remain really positive . Please give step by step advise. Please suggest if any more investigation is required to find out the root cause of recurrent stroke. And if everything is well and good with the management , don't forget to appreciate my positive attitude !

Hello Doctor, My father (age 59) has been suffering from Sciatica pain(slip disc btw L4-L5)  from past 10 years. As Doctors suggested surgery as treatment, they also mentioned it is temporary and has life long implecations(if it doesn't go well). Hence, we didn't go with surgery but went with physiotherapy and medications. Lately, he is feeling numbness and pain in leg n fingers. Need suggestions on this whether we should go for surgery or continue physiotherapy/medications?

Poured very hot water on scalp 3 days ago...no blister appear on skin..poured cold water instantly for 20 min.can it effect brain function? Or cause any inner hemorrhage or effect nervous system?

I'm a civil engineer, and use laptop a lot for designs. I am experiencing neck pain on left side just below skull which radiates as headache till the front and neck pain down till throat. Pain starts only when I start working in front of laptop. Head or scalp is painful sometimes. Pain behind eyes and radiates up to back of head. I get headache whenever there's upper dental pain. I am taking pregacip m now. Why is this happening?? Could it be any serious illness?? Will I return to normal functioning of neck without pain or do I have to live with it.

I have lack of vitamin b12 deficiency (37 pg/ml) I have twitching, all over my body frequently and  weakness and cramping on my legs and  rare cramping in stomach. I have also digestive issues sometimes. kindly suggest me good supplements except non veg foods to take.
