Not able to talk clearly I want to know that may I use himalaya mentat syrup for speech recovery it has been past 8th month still not able to talk properly . I have pain in lower back from quite a long time, like from several year, but i didn't pay any heed to it, unless now, from past one year i have sudden floating feeling while walking. The pain is such that, if i sleep straight or in one position i cant get up easily due to pain, the lower back becomes extremely tight. Because of which I can't sleep straight, and sleeping on side continuos is causing lot of neck pain since long. Same while i clean the house, back becomes tight, can bend without difficulty but. Also, i feel more dizzy or floating feeling when I wear my shoes fully, if my half leg is out, then not much issue, not much dizzy feeling. I don't know what's going on in my body, really concerned, please help. Thanks

My mother is biabetic and hypertensive prsn..bt mostly prsr is under 140/90 and diabetes btwn 150-200(both ff/pp)...but sddnly 1 mnth ago both went high sugar intially went to 340(random) and prssr was about 160/90...thz wr fluctuating for 15 days..and suddenly tongue strtd to slurred...but thr was no issue of one side numbess; dizzyness or anythng.. We admmtd her and she was covid +ve..CT scan of brain was done and it was normal..Both MR and Angio of brain showed no abnormality.. Only issue was found in MR angio  of neck.. It was written -"Soft tissue intensit plaque in proximal part of ryt intrnl carotd artry causing mild luminal narrowing". She recovered very fast and rlzd aftr 1 week No issues thr aftr...she is fine now.. Sugar/prssr are also cntrld. Is mild nwrrwng of carotid arty a real concern..does it require surgery??? She is taking clopivas ap 75; atorva 40 and othr sugar/prsr medicine

Female aged 31 years fell on 10/03/2022. There was no head pain earlier but for the past couple of days there is a complain of head pain accompanied by a head bump (goose egg) on left central forehead and 2 cms into the hairline. There is NO complaint of the following : 1. Nausea 2. Dizziness 3. Vision Problems 4. Unconsciousness Please advise.
