Brain and Spine Problems

I have pain in both sides from neck to feet... and tried all treatment physiotherapy, acupuncture medicines and ol but nothing makes me pain free... can someone please suggest what to do to get rid of this nerve pain. TIA

Please doctor, tell me if the NCV report suggests " Distal Motor axonal Peroneal Neuropathy" then exactly which form or type of Neuropathy is this ??? Is it only one or multiple? Thanks for your valuable response.

I am suffering from sleep disturbances and headaches for over three years.Everyday the head is very tight.Could not do any work.i feel hard to focus on one work.The headache is constant,Why is my head always tight?Is it just tight and stiffness because of less sleep?
