Brain and Spine Problems

In a month it's repeat.i have really exhausted with this type of headache.its fall down me in bed.what should I do.

As since childhood I'm a immune compromising person for that till now I have been suffered from many diseases. but from 2019  I had a sudden fallen off for a seizure and after that just two months later suddenly developed joints pain, nerve pain, itchiness and rashes, joints feel warm to touch, chills, feverish, pinning Iike and burning sensation on the body specially back of legs, upper arms and upper back side of the body, and from that to still same complications are continue, including developed of some new symptoms such as chest pain, right ribcage side pain, lower abdomen pain specially after coming from washroom, right side lower pelvic area pain, unable to hold urine or often urge to have urine pass, sometimes feel to pass stool but nothing comes out, sweaty palms and feet, heartburn, headache from back side, sleeplessness, unintentional weight loss, and being a dark skinned my skin is getting darker. kindly suggest...bcoz doctors are tired to catch up with it. thanks 🙏

My mother is suffering from pain in leg nerves. Sometimes swelling occurs in both feets. She is taking medicines for long time but there only temporary relief. We got her blood report checked , everything is normal including RFT. Her legs used to get stiff in night with a lot of pain.

My father had a stroke. Doctor prescribed Citicoline and Piracetam along with antiplatelet medication. Could you please explain what is the role of Citicoline and what is the role of Piracetam ? I am having dizziness since 10 days.Consulted GP no effect she prescribed certain,Ome-d,multivitamin syrup.that didn't worked.Then consulted ENT specialist as I have ruptured eardrum from 2 years thought that could be the problem he suggested surgery so we agreed to do it after my exams.He gave some medicines after that my dizziness got reduced.Before second follow-up i am started feeling short muscle spasms non painful.so I told him that then he prescribed some medicines vitamin d,evion,sino plus,rabwin-d. But after taking rabwin-d at night I get very mild headache.Is it medicinals side effect or this are the symptoms of brain tumor?
