Brain and Spine Problems

Which is good for right cartoid artery which is approx 50% narrow Swimming or Yoga.And is it good if i go for both

My head hurts for 24 hours, sometimes the pain is less, sometimes it is very strong. Along with the headache, there is also pain in the eyes and neck. This is all about 4 months. The head hurts a lot even from the sun . I also feel sleepy sometimes and sleeplessness sometimes . I feel nausea, stomach ache , muscle weakness , dizziness and fatigue .

Recently facing heavy Numbness in both Palms And legs. Even on walking, hand on lower side, i feel no sense in palm. Wt is the reason?

I have been suffering from sleeping disorders from long time after my marraige broke,, consulted nuerologist gave medicines of less dosage didnt work and started taking sleeping pills of my dads which is of high dose annd work for me.. Now its a habit. So, without a pill hard to sleep at night, also have night shift job. I have dark circles amd feel low in confident. I have sinus and migraine headaches sometimes if I cry or I'm sad, i take saridon tab for that too.. Else headache is not bearable. Very sedentry lifestyle, desk job, knee pain back pain shoulder pain. Height- 4.11" weight - 45kgs, age 27 yrs 6 months. How can i sleep 8 hrs peacefully n wake up fresh please advise🙏

It's been 3days I have mild to moderate pain in the right side of head, feeling like a tight band around the head.

I am 33 years old... weight is 68 kg...last few weeks i am feeling my head is spinning inside...it's a kind of feeling that my head agey pise hil raha hain...I can walk normally...there are no symptoms other than this.....bp is normal...suger is normal...i had anxiety issue in past...pl advise something...

Hey i have been facing head heavy Ness in the left side above eyes eyebrows positionfrom last month.. N it increase when I bend down.. Or when I work I work in front of the computer n also feeling weekness while walking n get a feel that i will fell down if I walk fast .. While driving I really feel my whole head been heavy prior  facing with this problem I also had covid.. N I can't able to sleep as well since then due to this i m aking medicine for sleep n anxiety.. Im facing muscle twitching all over my body and cramps in right hand palm i took NCS test in that it is mentioned as mild motor neuropathy in both peroneal and tibial nerves also my lower back is paining (tried multivitamins and multi minerals electrolytes but twitching not stopped) MY QUESTION IS CAN THIS ONE CURED COMPLETELY WITH MEDICATION OR NOT.URGENT PLEASE HELP.

My Mother suffering from Huntington disease an unwanted movement of body, mainly head. I've consult many doctors last 4 years like in AIIMS and many MBBS MD doctors. But they are only change the doses of medicines and didn't respond any more . My mother is suffering this problem due to some family issues and, when he take any type of tension he get unwanted movement fastly and I don't want to see my mom at this huge problem, I am crying 😢 when her body is tremor. I spend lots of money for their cure. But not yet she is well.

Hi, My mother has carpal tunnel syndrome on both of her hands. We are planning a surgery for that. Is this surgery done by an orthopaedic surgeon or a neurosurgeon? Thanks & Regards Ajesh
