Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Doctor, i am facing tingling sensations in my both feet since many months now, i can even sometimes feel pulsating sensations in both legs that corresponds to heartbeats,also seldom i get burning sensation in both feet. I don't have sugar, vit b12 deficiency, vit d is fine, no thyroid issue and no pain anywhere . What do i am dealing with here???

CT scan report:- Evidence of well defined  Small hypodense lesions in both gangliocapsular region suggest possibility of lacunar infarcts

I was bitten by dog 10 year back when I was a child and not get vaccine at that time.Now I am worried that can i still get rabies infection after 10 year?

Is cervical spondylitis cause swaying/floating/rocking and dizzy spells and some times some one has pushed me from my back pls tell me I done my mri brain and CT of temporal bone which is normal I am attaching here and i consult a ent he done vng test said it's vestibule migraine is vestibule migraine cause these symptoms

I am having headache everyday and whole day . Pain like pressure that shifts to the forehead , top of the head and back of the jead . I have taken CT scan , KFT , TFT , etc . Blood pressure also high . What more test shall i take. I have taken medicine for migraine , tension headache and nerve pain but no improvement . I am 21 years old male

My mother has severe headache which frequently occurs throughout the day and even while sleeping. The headache starts from the top left of the scalp and extends to the back of the left ear lob. The pain is excruciating. There are no other symptoms like nausea, dizziness, etc. She also wakes up from sleep due to this pain. An MRI Scan was done to understand the reason and that is attached with this question. Kindly help identify and find a solution to this pain.

Is vestibule migraine cause constant symptoms swaying/rocking problem 24/7 from 5 months i diagnosed with that and something I feel like some one has pushed me from my back I done my mri brain and CT brain with temporal bone which is normal and done my vng test doctor said it's vestibule migraine he given tryptomer 10mg for 60 days pls tell me

Writing this for my father. He Had cervical spine C5, C6 Corpectomy in January 2020. Was okay after that. Recently got admitted in hospital due to covid for 10 days. After discharge, is unable to stand straight, diffculty in walking, hands and legs are shaking while walking. Speech problems are also there. He also seems depressed and has completely stopped taking.

Recently i find small Dent in my head in the front,That dent is small without pain,I am also suffring from tingling sensation in my left hand and right leg and in morning half way waking up with ghabrahat..

Daily Headache Mainly in the morning. All MRI and blood reports seem fine. No any irregularities. Medicines for half migrane do not work.
