Brain and Spine Problems

I have two c-sections.last year I am experiencing pain in joints.I have cervical problem. I can't do enough work my arms and legs start aching. I experiences pain in neck and head too.I have sinus issues too. Sometimes I feel pain and numbness in arms when I sleep on that side. but when I take neurobion tablet then numbness issues decreases.I am getting very irritable due to this. Kindly suggest something. What can I do to overcome this problem?

My father's B.p is 190/100. He is having mild headache and pain in Nose and ears too. and he is not feeling hungry. when ever he eats food he vomits.what's the reason? Now B. P goes down to160/100 but still he is experiencincing pain. Please suggest something. And can we give coconut water to him? And what diet you suggest to give to him?

I feel dizzy often..today it was very sevre..even after eating n dring plenty of water i feel dizzy..i have stress for past 1 year..last 5 days overstressed..today feeling over dizziness..and i also watched tv after long times continuously for 3 to 4 hours past 5 days..i did master checkup last month..everything was ok..why i m feeling dizziness?? Plz help..BP is normal..no ringing sensation in ears

He had not gone to work since 4 days.. we need a medical certificate for him. We do not consult doctors because they say there's no issue but has given him eptoin 150mg. Kindly issue a certificate regarding the same. Thank you

Hello, Past a week I had severe body pain and fever only for a day Post that when I woke up i had the weirdest feeling in my head.it exactly felt like post anesthesia effect after surgery.. I felt like a blood rush in my head and heaviness and I dizziness for secs which makes me feel like I will faint ..the feeling is continuing since then which is slightly better..but out if no where for few seconds i feel gloominess blurness and lost and dizzy and it dissapears. Also when this started i realise that I am forgetting things makes me feel lost..while sitting standing or eating out of no where I get that feeling for 2-3 secs and it vanishes..i feel heaviness in my head.feels like the head is heavier than the body. also i notice my nerves on hands and feets are standing out.. please advise

Im 37 yrs ,male.Since a week I'm feeling Tingling sensation behind my right ear on the head . please view the marked area in the picture attached of my head when I get the tingling sensation I can feel the same sensation when I slide my Finger downwards hard on right side of my nose Please view the image attached for the reference. Also when I talk, I feel the tingling sensation. I have no other symptoms. What could be the reason for it to occur? How to get rid of the tingling sensation..kindly advise.

Hi doctors, My friend is not getting proper sleep since last 1 month.. even if he is tired so much by doing all hard work gym etc. But still not having sleep at night as well as day.. Please consult what we can do further. Thanks
