Brain and Spine Problems

I am getting severe headache since last 24 hours, i feel sensitive to light and also threw up a couple of times I'm not sure if i should see ENT doctor  as we don't have neurologist nearby my town

I have consulted  neurologist for continous pain from neck,shoulder and back of thigh radiating to front side even upto stomach from chest.MRI,RA spine screening tests,haemoglobin,ckt blood tests has been done.tests were completly normal except haemoglobin whic is 8percmt but I was prescribed with Ultracet semi,Petril Beta 10 and pantasol dsr.I have been using these since a week but my shoulder pain was not cured.A doubt bugging in my mind is I fouund on google that there are severe side effects of drug contents in my prescribed medicines..Doctor, I request you to clear my doubt..I found that ultracetsemi+petril drug interactions are severe..Amd also where can I find treatmnr for my shoulder pain..pain is radiating around armpits my nerves are paiming sharp

I have cervical disc protusion in c5 c6 c7 and after physiotherapy the pblm has solved but my muscle around neck and shoulders are tight and stiff. How can i overcome it

Hello doctors it's very urgent I suffered a concussion I got hit in car windshield after that I was unconscious for 4 mins then i was taken to hospital and had a CT scan which said no serious issue no damage to brain and brain tissue no bleed it's normal he said you need to rest for 2 weeks as I was unconscious.

I was diagnosed with neurocysticercosis 4 years back. I was actually prescribed a CT scan for a head injury but instead the report revealed that there was a pair of tiny calcific foci(1-2mm) seen in the left frontal lobe, representing sequela of granulomatous infections like TB or neurocysticercosis, the test done for TB was negative and it was concluded that I had neurocsyticercosis and stomach worms. But my doctor didn't give me any medication for it. I still observe segments of it in my stool. Although I haven't faced any symptoms yet, but I feel afraid that it might become a very serious issue. Do you have any suggestions?
