Brain and Spine Problems

He feel like electrical current in left side of neck and brain so what is that he had migration problem but we dont know this is because of migration or something else.

I have buzzing vibration in right side of my ear past... 2 days Sometimes I feel it heavy sound.. And  light tremors in body in bed time Please guide me for this situation

My sister had met with an accident 12 yrs before that left her with left side paralysis and she had to undergo three head surgeries and cranioplasty was done. With physiotherapy she was able to move left hand and leg little. But since last 2 yrs there was no exercise hence feeling stiffness now around left shoulder. Pls suggest any medication for this muscle stiffness. Thank you.

Few test has been done , would like to have a second opinion on basis of the that. I have attached the files of the test report. My father has suffered a paralysis stroke on December 23 ,2021. After medication he has become well,but doses of bp has been increased to high tsaart trio 6.25. But few days back he has been feeling dizzy and weakness.

Fever and cold then meningitis then lower body parts partially disabled...right now admitted in prayagraj

Pain started 7bdays back. despite using lumbar belt and heating pad, and supplements like calcium, multifull L syrup etc, no relief is there. also physiotherapist was visited twice who was told that I do office work sitting on chair and using laptop. now I am having much pain in WAIST and upto neck and shoulder and can't stand or sit peacefully. I am since childhood taking homeopathic medicines and have too much side effects, can't bear allopathic medicines mostly. Please suggest measures.
