Brain and Spine Problems

From past 3months I am having swaying problem 24/7when I am in standing position and sitting I consult a neurotologist he done vng and given b12 and thamine inj after that he said I am having vestibule migraine and he given sibelium 5mg for 1month since I am using them from past8days but no improvement in my swaying problem pls tell me how many days took to recovery and is really I am having vestibule migraine pls tell me I am attaching my vng report here pls

Is there any permanent cure for vertigo? Suffering from postural vertigo since months Resolves on it's own but recurs every month Lasts for a week almost

My sis feel her body muscle vibrate inside and feet toe also feel vibrate and muscles like tremor and  twinching and feel legs sleepy numbness and prickling on legs and stabing pain in legs sometime and pain in abdomen and ribs pain left side also and dizziness CBC RESULT total RBC 4.2 HEMOCARRIT 36 TOTAL ESR 20   lymphocyte 33 hemogolobin 12    neutrophills 41% NORMAL LFT  Bullubin total 0.8 bullubin indirect 0.2 bullbin indirect 0.6 TEST NORMAL AND CHEST X RAY NORMAL is it a muscle strain mineral deficency or something else plz give me detail answer of my question and feel pain in ankle and pressure have no family diabtes history have no family other serious disease history .

Hi sir / madam my sister had  more leg pain even small walks and even at the time sitting stool time .this pain suffering from 15 months .all reports are normal like calcium, uric acid, D vitamin and she also has low blood pressure levels persistent. Plz tell what wrong going to her

I 25 years old female but since 2-3 yrs I have severe lower back and right foot,heel pain when i stand or bend even for 10-15 mins now thiers tingling and pain and after sometime thier is numbness on my right side of the body aggrevating from lower limb to upper and some time their is tingling and pain in occipital region of head when i resting or in sleeping position I aggrevtes more in right calf region also should I get the cySt removed and avoid standing and bending activities

Throbbing pain in one spot near to parietal lobe and occipital lobe since 9 days..when i pressure that spot pain increases and felt buzzing sound in my ear at night..

I have been suffering from discbulge annular fissure ( posterior tear) and its been 1.5months I'm on bed Taki complete rest,applying ointments n medication too but still no improvement.

Having neck stiffness and left scapular region pain located.Some times wrist inner part pains. Having a stiffness at upper back region while bending neck forwards.

Hello doctor, In my brother MRI report -spinal canal diameter are narrow at l5-s1 level -4mm -b/l existing nerve root significantly on right side and mild moderately on left side. Having seviour pain in lower back and lag. What is the treatment for this? He is not able to sleep even 1hour.
