Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doctor, In my brother MRI report -spinal canal diameter are narrow at l5-s1 level -4mm -b/l existing nerve root significantly on right side and mild moderately on left side. Having seviour pain in lower back and lag. What is the treatment for this? He is not able to sleep even 1hour.

Hello, Do we feel pulse in back of the head when kept on pillow? Due to vitamin deficiency Due to vertigo positional (when slept on right side) I did epleys maneuver and threw up twice. From 3rd day No vertigo but got rapid heart fluttering and pulse feeling back of head when head is kept on pillow. It's very disturbing during sleep time . Cardiologist  did all tests and ruled out heart problem, but gave beta blocker for tachycardia. Did MRI for neck and brain and found no abnormalities (attached) Vitamin b12 is 58 and vitamin D is 20. Very less. What could be the reason for feeling pulse back of head? Please tell me from your experience. I have visited numerous doctors evryone rulesout saying anxiety. That's not the case, I don't feel head pulse just because of anxiety. Even if I keep my head against pillow during day time without any stress or anxiety, I feel pulse and slight involuntary push movement.

I have taken Pregaba NT 10mg and Tapfree ER 50mg. I am going to pre employment healthcheck up this week. Please advice the above tablets will make any affect my test results . Thanks.

Dear doctors, Kindly advise me.. I was taking betacap tr 20mg and duzela 20 mg tablets for past two months for headache.. Now I don't have headache Or any other problem.. My MRI is normal. I want to stop above medicines can l stop taking these from today will it cause any side effects... I feel very depressed after taking these medicines please help me how to stop these tablets thank you...

Last year my husband is diagnosed with Gb Syndrome.. He had gone through antibiotics which dint make any difference.. So the Doctor started steroids Omnicrotil 70mg and gradually reduced to 5mg per day and stopped steroids after few days of using 5mg.. After stopping the steroids my Husband gradually decreased his strength and not able to balance on his own.. Since, Doctor started the started he became normal.. Sometimes he complains with irritation, angry.. What is the good tablet for my Husband to redduce Gb Syndrome.. and how much time does he takes for the complete recovery.. Suggest with good hospitals in India..

I had few problems with vision so i did eye check up and everything was fine and sometimes my whole body shakes with palpitations and tingling or burning sensation in foot. i did eeg test..and vep test..both came out normal.. what may be the cause? i attached one page of eeg..cant upload all pages..hope this works. they gave me the meds i attached in pic.. wil it help?

I've shaky hands, which produce problems in daily life. The tremor in my left hand is more. I took medicine one year ago, it improved but, It is again arised.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am having Vitamin B12 deficiency and taking injection from last 2 month ( I have taken 5 injection on alternate days, 5 injection on weekly and 1 injection monthly). But I am still facing neurological issues like unbalancing, headache, vision compromise, tremor of lower abdomen and also feeling very weak. I started running for a change but my legs started paining. Please tell me what to do next.
