Patient is having severe headache at time and also complaining about the giddiness. As of now for headache and giddiness vertin, elwel, naxdom tablets are used.. Any other medication will be given other than that..??

These medications are sufficient as of now. If symptoms persists, will require evaluation and MRI to rule out any acute event or chronic problem.
