Hand and foot numbness issues

Asked for Male, 49 Years

Hi Sir, I am diabetic and taking metformin twice a day. My sugar levels are in control and hba1c level is 6.5 to 7. I have been working from home for last 2 years. I am always feeling numbness in my hands ( mostly little fingers) and legs while sitting and sleeping. Please suggest.
