Hi Last 5 days I have severe lower foot numbness and hands. Please tell remedies to prevent. Please advise

Check sugars , vitamin d and vitamin b12 Take tablet gabapin nt 300 mg once a day for 3 weeks Take tablet neuron forte one tablet once a day for 3 months
