Numbness on right face hand and leg

Asked for Male, 75 Years

My father is facing numbness on right side face hand and leg. Attaching MRI and medicine he is taking. His diabetics is also in control. Please let me know if line of treatment is correct or something else needs to be done.

It’s due to that your father had paralysis I.e. thalamic infract it will cause such symptoms but we can try to control with medication it’s better to share all investigations like angiogram of neck and brain was done or not ? Echo fasting lipid level
