Tingling and numbness in hands and feet
I'm 30 yrs old and I recently feeling this tingling and numbness in hands and feet especially while sleeping and after consuming alcohol ocassionally or smoking. I don't have a family history of neurological problems nor diabetics. Along with this I feel I have little digestive issue and depression and fatigue at times. My sugar levels are perfectly fine. I have been asked to take vitamins b12 tablets for 2 months. Please suggest what is this problem due to and will it be cured in 2 months or should I continue to take b12 for life long. Thank you
