I am feeling numbness in legs and hands while sitting, sleeping and walking. And also I am feeling dizziness.

Numbness in legs and hands can be due to many reasons... Vitamin deficiency, diabetes, spinal cord compression, nerve related problems etc... So need to be properly clinically evaluated by a neurologist and accordingly investigated... After proper diagnosis only your problem can be tackled...
