I have been getting headaches everyday for the past 3-4 months ever since I got a lumbar puncture in early december 2021. It starts out as a dull headache and pain around and behind my eyes and gets worse as the day goes on.
Apart from that, any kind of up and down movement, for instance, picking up something from the ground, gives a painful pressure like headache.
There's also pain and stiffness in my lower back and a feeling of something pressing against it. Any activity that requires me to flex or round my back aggravates my headaches and back pain.
I was put on gabapin and tryptomer but that hasn't made it go away. What to do?
