Dos Vitamin B12 diffency cz trouble walk
Hi doctor,
I have Mild disc bulge at C5-C6 and I think my nerve is compressed . I took homeopathic treatment for 3 months after that my cervical back headache and neck pain symptoms are cured almost . But right now when am going for walk I feel like am getting fall ( some kind of dizziness ) doctor said it is because of vitamin b12 deficiency so my question does vitamin b12 deficiency cause trouble in walking or it is because of still my one of the nerve is getting pinch?
