Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, my father in law was fine this morning but now suddenly he is unable to talk or pronounce certain works properly. He has no other symptoms just that he cannot pronounce some words. What does this indicate?

Hi All, In my MRI report, the first point mentioned in dark is "Prominent sulcal spaces in the bilateral fronto-temporo-parietal lobes." What does this mean, only this point is in bold wheareas all other points in MRI report is mentioned normal like ventricles are normal. Would be great help if someone can explain the above point. The report is attached, please help.

Headaches have been giving me a hard time for a couple of months now,it was not that frequent before.I don't know whether it's the weather or something else. I am getting headaches every second day be it after some continuous work,coming from some outdoor work.One of the most consistent symptom is waking after my evening sleep i.e If I wake up at 5pm or something I get a severe headache. During the headache I also get dark patches around my eyes and the headache only gets cured after a good night sleep. Anyone having some ideas about this problem and any suggestions on how to work on this problem as it's really hindering my productivity these days?

My dad aged about 75,had episode of fainting after stroke in the year 2010.Fainting was under control with medication like Torleva XR 500mg/day.But from last 2months episode got increased,it's happening frequently,now can't even walk,can't control bowel and urine also.Recently one doctor have suspected even he is suffering from IBS as he can't digest food or bowel also not clear.Now situation is like can't even get up from bed,so can't able to take him for doctors also.So if you can suggest anything.

Hi, I am suffering with VIRAL FEVER and my head  ache is so bad...my fever is controlled but I am getting a worst head ache on the back part of my head (above the neck)...I couldn't even chew food or couldn't even brush my teeth...please suggest tablet so that I will get relief..I have taken calpal but gave relief for 2 hours...

I have suffring fron pain that is located in one spot left side, back of my head occipital lobe region.and little heaviness and after covid i have brain fog to some time..One i touch that spot pain strt that is low intensity.anxiety is also there..

When i go for sleep at night. I feel heaviness in my head from the back portion of the Head and also feel burning sensation with.. when i change sleep position for a while it relaxes but again i start feeling. Why it is happening

Hello, I have chronic cluster headache & once that starts i used to take sibelium 10 mg for a month. But now I am a nursing mother & is concerned about my baby's safety. Is it safe to take while nursing?

Dear Sir/Madam Could you please advise about the mentioned Symptoms if they are known with these medicines. we don't remember such issues before this treatment was started. it is more than 3 years now and last three EGG report is also OK as per Doctor. Lack of concentration and confidence is appear on daily routine activities and in school classes also. we are trying to help our child for these issues most of the time including school teachers as well but seems his mind is not ready to concentrate anything. he is not able to keep most of the thing in mind. please advise if these medicines can be stopped now after taking a long treatment of more than 3 years and with respect to last 4 good EGG report.
