My neurologist has given me nexito 50 mg which i take after breakfast and dinner one tab, and he told me to review after 6 weeks. So 6 weeks i will have to take this medicine. Is it safe to have nexito 50mg twice for 6 weeks? Please help. I am feeling anxious. It wont hamper me please help🙏

Vitamin B12 is very low, 100 pg/mL. Which tablet will be beneficial, Neurobion Forte or Neurobion Plus  ???
