Hello doc, one day I vomited like anything. Due to uncontrolled vomiting some came from nose also on that time when am going to vomit I experienced current shock in my neck and gone away. And next day am experienced fever neck pain and gone away. Will such sudden vomiting cause any serious complication in head ??? Like aneurysm or blood clot ??

I frequently getting my muscles pulsating(like heart beat feel) in legs and back shoulder. Pls suggest which specialist doctor to be consulted.

Sir my age 27, no bad habits,like somoke, drink, no habit,left chest pain in inner side in bending some times, sleeping to wake up suddenly pain very high in left chest... In near heart in inner side of left chest... In eight months 20 ecg dones all are normal, 2d echo, normal, lipid Prof normal, sugar test normal, chest x ray normal, and janavary first, comes pain more clarity cardiology doctor dones, #tmt that was negative, renal function test was normal, high sensitive trophononin, that was also normal, blood pressure is high 150/90, cbp was normal, doctor says this was not heart pain simple pain killers give pain not goes completely... Plzz all her at test normal but pain comes iam worry sir.. Next which test dones, which doctor consulted for my pain some ones says cunslt neurologist... Pain some times left neck like neuron pains... Why comes left chest inner pain eight months??? Some test attached...

My wife suddenly fell unconscious on the floor. This happened at night when she was coming out of washroom. I immediately grabbed her and tried to put her in a comfortable straight position. I'm not sure if I saw symptoms of a seizure or spasm. But both her hands got twisted during this episode and eyes were open but totally distant, unaware and on the sides. I massage her feet, shook her body, shouted her name, sprinkled water, tried to correct the body posture, etc the whole time. Thankfully she recovered in 4-5 mins. Gave her water and ors afterwards. She then later told me that she woke up to take a leak as she felt like it, but couldn't do it. After that during handwash, she started feeling dizziness and fell on the bathroom floor. She wasn't completely unconscious. But she didn't remember that she fell unconscious again when she came out of bathroom. This is the first time this happened and she has no prior medical history. Please advise. I'm quite worried and terrified for her.
