Sleeping problems
I am having sleeping problems ,not able to sleep properly at nights . Able to sleeps only 4-5 hours . Can you provide some solutions .

Need to follow up a routine. Avoid all electronic devices and mobile especially at night before bedtime. Regular exercises and meditation Avoid coffee and tea after 4 pm

Hi... Do u have stress? And what is ur schedule.. Generally at this age sleep won't b issue if u have regulated life style... We have medicines for sleep which are safe but only if required.. Consult for detail history.. And evaluation..
