Brain and Spine Problems

I have headache for 6 months now the pain is everyday and every second . Done my CT scan all normal . I am fed up of this headache took all kind of medicine but none is working . consulted many doctors. what shall i do next ? what test can i take

I have been experiencing mild headache on back of my head (on right side) and also some pain on area between my eye and eyebrows (on right side eye only) from last two weeks. The pain has reduced from last two days but now I have mild tingling sensation on right side of head and some stretching pain on back side of neck area. That also on right side only. What could be the cause of it?

Good evening, i am facing head issue since long time like a year, just above forehead on right side till mid part of head, its sometimes like a dull pain, sometimes pain if i press that part. I dont have any other issues vomiting,dizziness etc. Im little worried, should i take a mri exam.

Hello Sir/Ma'am, I had done NCV test and the results said I had peripheral neuropathy/Radiculopathy. However I repeated the NCV test after some months of medication and exercises and the results said I have no neuropathy or radiculopathy,than doctor said I have fibromyalgia. However I still have pain,sometimes burning, tingling sensation and also my leg muscles feel loose sometimes when I walk. My question is- If NCV test show no neuropathy/radiculopathy and I still have symptoms does it mean I still have neuropathy or any other disease like fibromyalgia or neuromuscular problems?
