Brain and Spine Problems

What is my mri report saying doctor said it's normal pls tell me I am experiencing dizziness and balance problem and I am attaching my vng report here

Unable to sleep due to rhythmic contractions in feet. Already under medication for different issues. Everything is mentioned in the prescription attached

Past one month i have ringing in bith ear...ent tmdr told me my ears are fine..then I started having problem with eye..like everything is moving when i stare at wall...then now my vision looks like flickering..my eye test were also normal..what may be the reason

I have on and off headache, nausea, bluriness of vision and heaviness in eyes.. mostly right side.. I feel my eyes are heavy..

Hello Sir/Ma'am, I had done NCV test and the results said I had peripheral neuropathy/Radiculopathy. However I repeated the NCV test after some months of medication and exercises and the results said I have no neuropathy or radiculopathy,than doctor said I have fibromyalgia. However I still have pain,sometimes burning, tingling sensation and also my leg muscles feel loose sometimes when I walk. My question is- If NCV test show no neuropathy/radiculopathy and I still have symptoms does it mean I still have neuropathy or any other disease like fibromyalgia or neuromuscular problems?

Hello Doctor's, I am going through this problem like. when I hold my lips... then my left side is twitching.. what is this? sometimes my cheeks are little bit dancing.. I don't have any issue while eating,chewing,speaking. so what's is this issue? is Bell's palsy.. that i have searched on net.. or due to less physical activity or is it paralysis? or it's normal.. please describe me. this happen since two months. Pls advice?

My right eye , right jaw, right hip, right knee joint feels stiff from last few months. Went to lot of doctors. Mri brains dn spine, blood tests are normal except vitamin D and b12.NCS and EMG are norm too. I feel my right body is bigger and lower right abdomen filled with balloon or something.I also get lot of gas in my belly. I am so worried. When I make my fist tight and release , both of my hands feels itchy. Please help me. I don't want my health problems to crush my goals and dreams.

Hello He was diagnosed for TB Meningitis in June 2020. Treatment is going on with 3 to 4 hours physio. Still he is unable to walk himself and his speech is impaired. How much time it takes to recover. Attached his last mri report.

I get pain in my head around right eye  to right ear and then to back of my neck and also on my cheek and right side of nose. I am having this pain come and go every after one or two year . Its happening to me since I was in 7th class. About 90% of time its happens in winter .The pain last for 1 to 2 hours and I can feel when the pain is going to come. Most of the time it happens in the morning. During the pain I feel restlessness, water starts to come from the eye , my nose get blocked I also vomits sometimes. In the past I have taken medicine and it stop after that but It come back after one or two years . Help me to diagonose what type of headache I am suffering from It has became very difficult to do my work. My whole days Energy gets lots In this I  don't have energy after the headache is gone
