Brain and Spine Problems

Is this serious or causes any problem? Mri of cervical spine reveals straightening of cervical spine with diffuse disc bulge with small posterocentral subligamentous extrusion at C4-5 causing mild indentation of thecal sac and mild spinal canal compromise. Spinal canal diameter at this level is 9.4mm. Diffuse disc bulge present at C5-6 and C6-7 causing effacement of thecal sac and central subarchnoid Space. Sspinal canal dimeter at this C5-6 level-9.7mm and C6-7 level -9. 8mm.

My father is facing body numbness issue frequently. Firstly, he gets his right leg numb then it spreads to whole over of right side body. Then he feels like body is becoming cold. Could you please help me to know what could be the reason behind this and how to treat it.

Mild pain in Right shoulder and reflected uncomfortable in Right side of brain during thinking about itself. Otherwise it is normal.

Hello doctor, Recently we diagnosed a condition Trigeminal neuralgia decease affected my father-in-law as we  We are zero knowledge what is actually the decease is but he is having sevear pain in his cheek. Hello Doctor I have twitching in my eyes, upper and lower eyelid on and off..but recently I notice twitching of body parts as well, calf muscles, thighs, hands etc...I did blood tests of Vitami n d and Vitamin b12. My vitamin D level is 12 and Vitamin b12 is 247. I am taking medicines for vitamin D weekly ..Kindly advise is their something  to worry, and are these twitches are due to nutritional deficiencies and subside on its own.. ( I have hormonal imbalance Pcod) Thanks a lot

Hello doctor , I am noticing headache which tingles for few seconds all over head . It changes everytime radiating please advice do I need to consult eye check up or some other issue

As I am suffering from pain on one side of head especially behind and little above right eye and right ear ,have congestion in nose ,water from the eye,runny nose and upset stomach...I have taken montair lc , typtomer and napra D .

Though I have used several medicines . migraine is not subsiding.can I use deworming tablet?and which medicine should I use? Will there be any result?
