Brain and Spine Problems

Does any spine problem cause unstadiness when I am in standing position form past 3months I am experiencing this my mri brian normal and I went to ent and he done vng test and given b12 and thamine injections if this due to deficiency how many days took to recovery from pls help me

My mother thinking a lot n always in tention and because of that suddenly she doing unnecessary thing talking rude to anyone don't know is that a mental issue or something els.  I mean her behaviour suddenly change ...don't know what is that plz suggest me what to do..i am worry about my mother's condition...n it's happen with in 2 months..if she is fine for one or two months n after than 1 months her condition like what I said earlier ..

I have severe headache which is very frequent. It lessens when I sleep towards left side and worsens when I lie straight. It's very painful. The skull becomes sensitive to touch. There is a small hard bump on the skull on left side too. Kindly guide.

I have tinnitus since 1 year I got my MRI done it is showing hyperchoic foci tiny in right frontal lobe in deep white matter I have can't enjoy things as i used to Cognitive decline Can't visual to things that I did even what I did 1 hour ago I can remember event but not fully visualisation.

Hi I keep getting head every day. Expecally after 3 pm. Morning when I wake up it will be good and as and when the time goes I get headache. My job is to work in from of laptop. Is this creating a issue. I wear specks. Pls let me know what to do. This is happening from last 3 years.

My sister recovered from covid last month but from last 1 week she is feelings dizziness, she also feels sensation and vibration in brain which is irritating her. This is bcos of covid effect or anything else?She is currently in US what should she do further?

I sometimes feel like bugs are crawling under skin at knee area. Only at night i feel. I feel it for few seconds then it vanishes. Little numbness can be felt. Majorly at knee i feel, not at other body parts.

Recently done plain brain mri for continuous head ache. In the report it says "few small subcortical FLAIR high signals are seen in both cerebral hemispheres" is this something to worry about ... other parameters in report are normal
