Brain and Spine Problems

Since close to month the headache was coming almost every day and recently started using high BP tablets...headache is still same the pain at back side just above neck and sometimes when bend or lean to right feel little dizzy like for second and then to normal

Doctor, My father age is 70 years. He is using 1/4 th of Combiflam tablet daily for getting sleep. Is it safe to use it ? Please advise.

I am having disc bulge issue and am considering surgery. Any downsides or risks involved? What is the recovery time? Are there disc relapse chances even after surgery?

I have L3 L4, L4 L5, L5 S1 disc bulge with the last one causing nerve compression for over 1 year. It is drastically affecting my activities and just keeps on relapsing after treatments. Tried medication and physiotherapy but as soon as I stopped, it all came back. Pls suggest a solution.

My son age 5 , weight 26 kg has autism and is being given betheran 25- half tablet/ twice a day from last year as it helps to improve autism symptoms. This time when I ordered the medicine, it got delayed and he went without it for about a week. During this week, he has been peeing a lot more than usual. He was toilet trained but has been peeing in his pants and had to be put on diaper. As per my understanding, betheran25 is used for urine retention. Is it possible that his body has become habituated to this and it is some kind of withdrawal symptom. Can it be corrected?
