I have been detected with dilated retro cerebral csf causing effacement of torcula measuring 44x28x21mm. This got detected as I did CT neck and head due to severe headache. I can feel pressure in head and ringing ears. I have cervical spondylitis as well. Mostly the head pressure is felt during morning when I wake up. I have stressful job and sedentary lifestyle. Kindly suggest if surgery is required or it can be cured by medicine.

Hello. I have been diagnosed with vestibular dysfunction due to inner ear. Due to that i have been very anxious and suffering from panic. My neurologist has given me nexito 50 mg which i take after breakfast and dinner one tab, and he told me to review after 6 weeks. So 6 weeks i will have to take this medicine. Is it safe to have nexito 50mg twice for 6 weeks? Please help. I am feeling anxious. It wont hamper me please help🙏
