Brain and Spine Problems

Hi Headache starts when I lie down for sleep.Actually I feel pain in my skull.I couldn't sleep for long time because of this.

Hit at left side head by the adjacent rail placed over the passenger seats in a bus, while I was trying to sit. Bearable Pain persists. No fever, no vomit. Taking Atenol-25 and Amlodipine 5. Hello doctor I am feeling A burning sensation in my right side back shoulder , and some times I feel my right hand no energy for work Any suggestions?

I do have twitching in my body and from today so much of eye twitching. Consult my ortho doctor he gave pregaba medication and told me to consult a neurologist.

Why do I get headaches after exertions like playing badminton or lot of work. It doesn't feel at the time I am playing but after 1 hour I have headache and it won't go away until I take Dolo or any other pain killer . It usually pains back side up to neck. Sides of head and eyebrows. Eyes will become small and they also pain.

I am diabetic patient recently my glucose fasting came 152 and post Prandinal came 195 I am on insulin and also taking glimsave 3/850 for diabeties 3 4 ,days back I have high fever and headache and after that suddenly when I wake up in the morning my left eye not opening fully and also I have pain in left side of head and eyelids are not drooped and  I am also taking  neuroendocrine lc and ezeepam plus 5 (which my family doctor suggest) Please suggest me what should I do is this neuro problem or eye problem and I also feel imbalance and light headedness and object seen zig zag My BP is also normal 130/75 please reply as soon as possible it will be of great help

I had severe pain around the right shoulder blade 4 months ago and the pain was spread to the hand also. Physiotherapy did not work out for me. With regular walking, the pain got controlled. Since two days again the pain has started and it was severe where I couldn't sleep last night. I need medication and suggestions for permanent cure
