Vitamin B12 is very low, 100 pg/mL. Which tablet will be beneficial, Neurobion Forte or Neurobion Plus  ???

Hello I have from two days pain in one side of mouth and continue water is falling from one eye and can't blink one eye. I all ready have bells palsy in 2013 at that time I took all treatment . Right now I have only pain in one eye and when I smile my fave goes one side. I all ready visited doctor general physician. He gave me neurolip, wysolone , allerbit tablet. Now I have question why suddenly it happened and can I take physiotherapy and can I visit another neurologist . And how many days it's take to settled down as right now I have my class so, please help me

I have high b12 which is greater than 2000 after taking meaxon plus 1ml injection one dose  is due to that level increased or i haven taken typhoid treatment last month and before taking injection Iam not able to walk properly and iam having weakness, Numbness or tingling in the hands and feet,short of breath if I walk too much,headache that's why my doctor given injection now should I continue injection or should I stop taking them

My Father-in-law was recently diagnosed with parkisons disease and is on medication for the same. 3 days ago he complained of sever pain in the left side of  chest and arm. The pain lasted 2 hrs and he was able to sleep after applying an ointment prescribed as part of his parkisons medication. We got his Ecco and ecg done , both are normal according to doctors. We consulted a cardiologist and he give medication for BP, cholesterol sugar etc and suggested a angiogram. My question is , is the pain linked to parkisons disease? Also what to watch out for , just in case it's related to heart.

Hi I consulted a neurologist for my tingling and numbness around night in head and left of the body . Doc asked me to take some vitamin tests Results Vitamin D - 13.10 ng/mL B12 - 306 Pg /mL Could you please suggest supplements for these . Thanks in advance.

Recently I met with an accident and my left hand was broken and did bone operation and fixed rod...now I consult nurology doctor he said my nurve was completely damaged and need to go for nurve operation ...I want to know whether it can be cured for medicines or need to get surgery

Mri brain Chronic infract in right parietal lobe. My speech is slurred from past three months and tremors are there

I was diagnosed with TIA/Acute infract and was hospitalised for around 10 days. After discharge I used to take medication like preva gold kiopan etc as mentioned above and stopped using Blood pressure medicine (which I used to take regularly). Preva gold is taken after dinner then I have muscles pain,something unusual like I feels to walk.. Hungry.. Etc but actually I don't need any food but  feels to do something .. Couldn't sleep. But after 1..2 hrs everything back to normal as I feel too sleepy and go to bed. I have two question. 1) why blood pressure medicine is stopped by the doctor. (Bp is 140/100) I regularly check bp. 2) Is this side effects normal or do I need to consult a doctor.
