Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, I have a cervical pain from past 3...4 days and I can't sit because it makes my head feel dizzy and even when I lay down with eyes closed I feel my head is heavy and my neck and shoulders pain. When I drink water and eat something I feel pukish.

Hello Doctors, I am a lite sleeper since childhood but from the past 3 years , I'm facing serious to get a peaceful sleep. I wake up tired every morning. It takes like 1 to 2 hrs to fall a sleep everyday and sometimes i stay awake all night just unable to get sleep. The problem i face is that my mind stays active .It keeps on thinking of some random stuff like cricket or movies or games or something else. Sometimes i feel my head will burst due to continues thoughts. My job shift starts from 2pm afternoon till 11pm. I have my lunch between 8 to 9 pm and i sleep at 12 pm everyday. I cannot sleep earlier than this due to my job. I wake up at around 10 am in the morning. I do not have any job pressures or anything to stress about infact i love my job and presently enjoying my day time . I have tried these following: 1)Took homeopathy treatment for 6 months 2) Going for a walk+jogging daily (4kms per day ) from past 2 months. 3) regular stuff like maintaing room dark and cool enough.

Since after week of the vaccination headache started and still continuing and it's almost every day since 3 months Done with MRI brain and the MRI Venogram everything is normal Been on medication for the 2 weeks but no improvement and disturbing sleep Note: also taking BP table's

Its been 4 days was hving exterme headache, its in central part in head and in forhead.. Central part of head tender to touch... I am taking pacinac np 500 from ystday pain light but still head heavy and light pain there in head.. Pain increse when i change position bend head or when i lie down in bed chnage postion in sleep... I dont know what is causing it. I hv checked my bp ystday 2 time bp also normal but i dont know what causing it.. Kindly advise something.. I am diabetes type 2 person...

Hello I got my eye examined from 2 opthamalogist doctors after I noticed eye flashes from my right eye but they didn't found any tear or something..I am myopic too R 3.25  L 2.25 my vision is perfect with glasses But my symptoms are as follows.. Tingling in ears head feels pressure also I have little bit cold & cough They day before I noticed eye flashes was after i hurted my right neck and area specially area behind my neck and also I had Little bit of sleepless night due to office work One of the doctors said it could be migraine but I don't find any headache just pressure on my head

Hello sir, Since I had dengue twice, i have not been able to take part in my life conciousnessly. Are there any test medication or treatment that can be followed because of dengue on the brain.

Feeling like room is spinning when getting up, lying down and changing position in bed. Taking betavert16 1 time a day! But still getting little vertigo feeling.

I had an accident in September month 2021, i had linear fracture in skull and little bleeding in brain, i lost my smelling sense since then. It's my vaccination due for 2nd does so is it safe now to take vaccination?

I'm having severe shoulder and arm pain . Especially right arm . There are multiple shoulder spasms . And I'm getting nauseous . The left side of my head , left eye and ear are in pain . I'm suffering from severe migraine attacks .
