Pain in back of head along with swelling when its paining .Swelling is ongoing with pain and not permanent.

I feel pain in left arm have no heart disease and feel pain and stiffness in hand fingers Am from other country not from india so online consult is difficult can you plz guide me i have normal Cbc and all other test

First thing to mention, 3 years ago taken some neuro medicine instead of coughing medicine as it was given by a medical practitioner mistakenly. Since then occassionally used to feel vertigo, dizziness along with heart palpitations. But recently it is more often, feels like mild earthquakes always. Rarely stay normal. Very worried about what can be wrong. Few years ago diagnosed and caught as carrier of thalassemia.

When I'm hungry or after 2 hrs of eating mostly then I feel muscle pain and pulse sensation in body Sometimes muscle twitches ,sometimes like bood flowing through veins and after eating these things stop for sometime. But at night it's always happening. Sometimes sharp pain in body too for seconds.

Hello Sir/madam, I have been prescribed petril plus once at night and divalid er 250 twice. But i was feeling drowsy after taking divalid er twice, so neuro prescribed me 1/2 tablet of divalid er 250 once at night for 15 days. Then 1/2 tablet twice for 15 days. Then 1 tab and 1/2 tab twice for 15 days. And lastly 1 tab and 1 tab twice. So basically he has gradually increased the dose. Please docter help me to understand is the dosage ok. As my brother said the divalid er cannot be taken 1/2 (cannot be broken) Please suggest, i am confused

Recently I found a lump on back of the head...it is hard and painless..I did an MRI scan of brain ...it was normal...what can the lump be ?

My mother is suffering from feeling of burning sensation at night, anxiety, sleeping difficulties, nausea, pain and sweating at night. She is taking nortipan m tablet from more then one year continuously and it was prescribed by a doctor. It has become habit of taking that tablet, day when she doesn't take tablet it will be tough for her sleep at night because of anxiety and all problems that I mentioned. Please suggest permanent solution.

My brother had a mild covid 19 infection (Omicron) from which he just recovered in 2 days. He is facing long covid symptoms of brain fog, heaviness of head a similar feeling like sleeplessness, concentration problem, confusion of mind etc after 15 days of recovery. What should he do to treat it? Is it common and will last for some days? Or Does he need to go to doctor to take any medication?

I am feeling severe headache with eye strain and pressure feeling blurry vision , headache increse with activity
