Migraine was increasing its dangerous.

Hello doctor I don't understand what happened to me In my migraine it was increasing medicine not working and my angreness , overthinking was increasing I am not able to sleep head to toes full body pain full migraine , vomiting ,back side head so much pain I can't live in this situation I was hurting my family but I can't control myself I don't know I am not that type of girl but I don't what happened to me please suggest me properly what happened to me exactly my exam also I am not able remember anything I don't know what happened to me my school and college sir and Madam know I am best in study then what happened to me small small things hurt me and I am harm myself or other what to do I don't know in angerness I am using music and yoga meditation all things not working me I don't understand I thought I cnt live I should die because no one treat me best solve my problem
