Grandfather in Unconscious from 2 days
Hi doctors,
My grandfather is unconscious since 2 days after he underwent angiography.
I am attaching the MRI report.Please help us what should we do.

You need to get him admitted in ICU, get treatment. Ideally the infarct should have been thrombolysed within 6 hours of onset.

This must be difficult for you and your family. He has suffered injury to deeper brain structures which control consciousness. It’s difficult to comment on outcome based on mri report. The treating doctor can give you a better idea about the difficult situation .
