Whey protein consumption during epilepsy
I am suffering from primary generalised epilepsy since 4 month when the first seizure occur . And now I m on medication. So can I take whey protein as I go to the gym frequently

Adequate exercise is ok and along with that protein intake should not overlap with medication timing . ...
