Post stroke not able to speak properly

Dear sir This to seek advice regarding post stroke after 8 months still struggling for proper speech. But had recovered 80 percent. Please advice me some medication for the same

If the patient has weakness on the right hand and right leg, speech will be affected. It is good that there is 80 % improvement. You can try Speech therapy, which will help . Medications will not be very helpful. Consult speech therapist.
