Pressure and tightness in left temple
Namaste,
I'm male 40 years old and my problem is that I am feeling pressure and tightness in my left temple area and pressure in left ear and sometimes clogged sensation in left ear but no pain. Also ringing sound in left ear while tightly close both lips. My hearing test and PNS x-ray is normal and eyes and teeth are normal and jaw is opening and no problem in it and as per ENT specialist and dentist everything is normal. So now I do not understand what is causing pressure in left temple area and left ear because everything is okay?

It could be tension headache . please consult neurologist online.
