Epidural lipomatosis
My MRI shows L5 epidural lipomatosis ,L4-L5 annular tear and disc bulge. I have severe radiating pain. Is epidural lipomatosis curable and how?

It depends on the size, type, extent and attachments of the epidural lipomatosis.  Need detailed clinical history and MRI findings. If it is symptomatic it may require surgery.
