Brain and Spine Problems

I have symptoms of vertigo I feel like tiredness and lightheaded also even balance issue . I went to neurosurgeon and she suggested for mri of brain and spine . Please refer to the mri and let me know is this something related brain or what further test I need to do as it is affecting my daily life I am not able to go to work . I feel as if I am going to faint please suggest something. Vitamin D-8 and vitamin B12-1234 . I have this issue since from last 8 months and been on medication for vitamin and taken vertin and surtegon also but no relief . Visited doctors but still not feeling better. Please help

I am 20 years old boy I go to gym daily one day I took creatine just after drinking 2-3 sips I feel something different I was sitting my bpm before drinking was 78 and after 3 min reached to 164 and BP 160/110 . After 2 -3 days I started feeling pain testicles side in area continues pain current like feeling coming from testicles above veins to my stomach and continuous dull pain even on rest not doing. Back side of head also is paining also started suffering from brain fog and low concentration and learning power. HAPPENED THIS ON 18 MARCH BUT TODAY JUNE IT IS NOT STOPPING EARLIER MY SLEEPING BPM WAS 41-55 BUT NOW 56-69. AND COUNTINOUSLY PAIN IN MY TESTICLE AREAS DULL PAIN . I TOOK PAINKILLER FOR 5 DAYS AND PAIN STOPPED FOR 1 MONTH BUT NOW AGAIN STARTED. AND WHEN IS STAND MY BPM INCREASE BY 30+ DOING LIGHT ACTIVITY MY BPM IS ALWAYS HIGH BETWEEN 105-141.

I forgot to give my son a single dose of epilepsy medicine.Now I am afraid what will happen? please answer me as soon as possible.

Diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome since 5 yrs. Want to ask can this cause muscle weakness ? Or only neuropathy can cause muscle weakness ? What medicine to take for muscle weakness

On Apr 3rd I fell sick with stomach pain and consulted a general physician for gastric problem wherein they gave me a pantaprazole injection followed by which I felt nauseous and giddy and vomitied. I was prescribed some antibiotics which includes ofloxacin 200mg to be taken for 3 days and meftal forte tablet.took medicine for 1 day and slept and next following day I wokeup with some weird sound from ear or head not sure. I consulted ENT who did my hearing test and found I have no hearing loss or issues. What should I do now. Need some suggestion. Although I am in medication provided by my ENT but wanted to know if I need to also consult a neuorologist as well since this was caused due to medicine rare side effects.

My fil suffering from parkinsonism was on donep 5 now asked to shift to hertica 9mg patches . Which is safer and more beneficial pls advice . Also its vascular parkinsonism

4 yrs ago I suddenly developed constipation,like my stool stopped passing on its own. Initially it was taken as a lifestyle problem. But nobody could handle it and it eventually developed into IBD.  it has been 4 yrs, I am on a restricted diet, well taught yoga, Pranayam, accupressure, naturopathy,hydro therapy ,vagus nerve activation, nervous system activation practices, naval correction, I have been given all sorts of medicine, psycho somatic, anti depressants, ayurveda, homeopathy. I reversed my inflammation with all of this but I still can't poop, despite having soft stools, I can't poop even when I have diarrhea and stool gets watery,it just does not come out. Done with endoscopy, colonoscopy, ct scan, ultrasound, x ray, blood tests, TB test, harmonal panel, stool tests.  the only thing that helps is magnesium glycinate that too 70% .No laxative work bcoz they change the consistency but don't give the signal to poop. Gastros have now asked me to see if it is neurological. Help me

Respected, I recently went to Bangalore govt. hospital I had a open cut bleeding wound on my sole of my right leg, they told me to go barefoot to the hospital bathroom and wash it, my open cut wound touched the hospital floor and hospital bathroom floor I am fearing for vCJD or any Prion Disease as it is found in blood and there might be someone's blood in the bathroom floor of hospital that came into my wound causing blood to blood transmission what to do now, I researched about vCJD and Prion Disease completely now I am fearing I might catch it as it is fatal I am feeling depressed of fear of death

24 hr dizziness,more while lying down and getting up,headache too, feeling weak, not feeling good, medicine taken - vertigo 16 ( 3 times a day) and headset but no relief.

Neurologist has been Switching my anticonvulsant from oxetol to lacomaside .They have adviced Midazolam nasal spray 1 puff in each nostrils if epilepsy occurs and remains for more than 2 mins .But they have not mentioned which mg of midazolam to be used. Can you please suggest .Thank you in advance
