Can we take clonzpam and neuro 300 together at night? Clonazepam for sleep Neuro 300 for back pain scatica left side entire body pain Taking ecsitomax 10mg in the morning

My father (age 84) is suffering from Parkinson's . Doctor given 3 syndopa plus in a day. Recently started amantrel 100 once daily. Giving this medicine 15 days. But side effects of this medicine like insomnia, aggrasive, impulse mood still continuing. Is it natural? Will continue this medicine?

From last few days I am feeling numbness in my left leg mainly while sleeping what can be the reason??

I feel pain on my back part of head on laughing , jumping or dancing which is unbearable and I need to stop the activity immediately.However I have gone through CT scan but it was normal and PNS Scan Shows acute Sinusitis.Is this pain is due to sinusitis? Besides it I feel cramping sound  on mouth opening or eating.I have Also BP problem and feel breathless.

My uncle aged 48 had sudden speech loss and took mri today and have attached the report rt centrum semiviole acute infarction rt medial temporal frontal and cc genu acute infarction s .is this anything to be worried about

I experience numbness in the little finger and adjacent finger of my left hand, mostly at night, with occasional mild tingling during the day. Tapping the area above the elbow also causes tingling. Symptoms are limited to these two fingers and the area of the palm below them. Please suggest the next steps or any exercise

Hello Doctor, I took zevert medicine for 1 week but still feeling dizziness then I changed the doctor, he prescribed me above medicines. Please let me know if these medicines are safe during breastfeeding. I have 8 months old baby.

I had a sudden onset of severe vertigo on March 15 2025, i was first put on BP meds because I had high bp, then I visited numerous ENT specialists and some of the best Neurologists in bangalore but my issue was never resolved. My Vertigo becomes severe immediately within minutes if I enter a air conditioned room, I visit a chiropractor every week for neck massage which has helped manage the symptoms but no cure in sight. I have tried meds like vertin, stemetil, stugeron but nothing worked My cervical MRI showed nerve compression but all other tests were normal, They did DSA, whole spine MRI, Brain Mri, NCS, everything has come back normal

I am having  mild to moderate neck pain since last 2 years I have been doing isometric and stretching exercises as well. When I take rest I get okay . whenever I work which includes minor neck bending or use mobile phone I feel muscle strain in my neck ,upper back and Shoulder area. Sometimes i feel pain in my right arm as well.
