Brain and Spine Problems

I have been diagnosed with b12,d3 deficiency since then I took the medications for 1 month and injection as an alternative days after that once a week but I missed my injection last time and took two days before I can't sleep well at night or walk around peacefully I have burning sensation and something as nerve contraction type only in my lower part of toes even a painkiller injection didn't have any effect last night I used ice which gives a temporary relief for a while and it's the same again the tablet tonofolic, mecobalamin tablets and vitamin d3 sachet I used for month only but my b12 injection where fine I don't know what to how to cure the burning sensation and pain in toes

My mother was diagnosed with b12 deficiency and she completed her course of medication for 2 times but the nerve pain and leg pain she has is still there and even numbness in leg she uses ice to get relief temporarily but suffers a lot from pain .

In July 2024 , I got a throat infection after 3 days it reached my ears , when I woke up I felt pain in both ears , facial pain headache feels , at least consulted 7-8 ENT , after examination of ears all said ear normal, but I continuously feeling ear popping, Headache I want to know despite the ent problem, what neurological problem can cause ear popping nose bridge pain and back Head pain Brain normal quite normal Ct scan pns attached Have tried lots of antibiotics Fluticason spray Steam inhalation No nasal congestion No Sneezing

The patient had a fracture in the left upper arm bone (humerus). Before surgery, an MRI showed signs of nerve irritation or mild injury near the neck and shoulder area — especially affecting the C7 nerve root, which is part of the brachial plexus (a network of nerves that controls the arm). On July 1, 2025, the patient had surgery to fix the broken bone and repair the rotator cuff (a group of muscles and tendons that help lift and rotate the shoulder). The surgery went well, but 02 months passed, the patient: Cannot lift or move the shoulder or elbow Feels numbness in the upper arm Can move the wrist and fingers normally

Hi , I'm facing an issue since some days .When I'm trying to fall asleep suddenly there will be some muscle movement ,like my finger will start moving ,my leg muscle will start to tingle ,this isn't painful and it lasts within seconds .but during this time i wake up and I'm unable to sleep again ,I had vitamin B12 and D deficiency Deficiency has been fulfilled .still I get these .Is it something to worry about. I keep getting pressure on the left side of my head. Sometimes the top of my head. Eyes. Forehead and right side of my head. It's mild. Previously between months of gap I used to get sudden head pressure almost always on the left side of my head and very sudden and stops within a few seconds and always happens while my lying down usually during sleep before and after waking up and now for a past few days I keep getting mild pressure. It worries me a lot. I used to get a lot of one sided symptoms over two years ago. I got an MRI at 19 and it said only something sinus related . The symptoms by the way completely stopped after the MRI reports came out and didn't happen for years. This time with the sudden head pressure on the left side of my head between months of gap and almost always happened while lying down in afternoon sleep and maybe happened once or twice while walking. The mild pressure thing that has been happening for the last few days is a little different to the sudden one.

Since 2 days whenever i try getting up from sitting , also while walking i get strain and pressure on right thigh. But same time i get extreme throbbing and pulsating pain in right index finger. Moment i remove pressure from right thigh finger pain also go away. I know generally there is no connection btw thigh and hand. But this is  somehow true in my case. Pain is so severe like having 5 heart attack together. I cant walk due to it. What can be this. X- ray normal

Good morning Doctor. I have been suffering from the mental health issues since from 4 months I can't concentrate on a particular purpose or topic . When iam on a work due to particular yesterday's conversation will rise from in my mind and the I talk to my self in my mind regarding to the yesterday's interactions and internally yesterday's interactions will continue upto when I go to sleep . Icant stop my mind from the  internal interaction and its sensations . Due to this interactions I continuously talk with me in my mind and forget everything at instant period of time and thinking about something while working . Is this neurological disorder or other than this pls kindly help to get rid of this problem doctor Thank you Doctor

Heavy headache in whole headache and on that pain leg is twisting and paining left leg what we want to do please reply what's the reason pain is coming and going within few seconds

I am having severe sciatica pain since 1 year I have taken physiotherapy and acupuncture treatment for 6 months and I was doing exercise for some days it was like pain is reducing but later 1 stopped exercise for 1 month again pain was gradually increasing and it got triggered when I travelled in auto...now am confused should I go for physiotherapist or neurologist. Guide me
