Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, My doctor has prescribed omnacortil 30mg for 5days, omnacortil 20mg for next 5 days and then omnacortil 10mg for next 5 days. Patient does not have diabetes or BP. Patient had Lymphadenitis TB as year ago and treatment completed 3-4months back. Since omnacortil is a steroid, is it safe to take ? Any side effects of the tablet?

Dear   doctor Sir, My wife fainted suddenly and  got down at 29.8.2025.it will recover after 1 hour. Take a doctor's consult and give medicine . Also blood test and C.T scan of head. In C.T scan right site head found calcification fosi of size 9x7 mm without perilesional edema or mass effected seen in right para sagital parietal lobe.another tiny granuloma of size 2.5 mm in seen in right parietal Lobe. Please advise to this problem and give best treatment of this issue found in brain . Thankyou.

Hello doctor, I feel like my head's moving and I'm going to fall all the time, when I turn my head towards the left, ear pain starts, I have  left foot stiffness specifically on the sole of the foot. Can't focus on moving objects. What could it be? Consulted with ENT, there's no issue with my ear. Feel like pain radiation towards left hand and joint pain in between the leg and thigh. I am suffering from migraine very badly , I want to know can I can take nebistar 2.5 mg in place of petril beta , as my cholesterol triglycerides slightly elevated

I have frequent nocturnal events (~20 per night, seconds long): sudden jerk with gasp, chewing & side-to-side jaw movements, sometimes both arms flexed in. I also get finger/wrist twitches lasting up to 20 s. On one night I had 5 abrupt jerks/thrashing of limbs and head in 2–3 s, followed by a cough. I usually go straight back to sleep or wake with confusion. Daytime events include a prodrome of nausea, slight fear, and déjà vu, followed by sudden jerks or blank spells where I can’t speak; once I smelled burning rubber. After every daytime event I feel unwell with headache and confusion for 20–30 min. MRI 18 mo ago was normal, and video-EEG was normal but without captured events. Could these represent focal seizures (temporal/insular) rather than parasomnia or apnea, and should I pursue inpatient video-EEG monitoring?

I am experiencing pain in neck region and behind ears and forehead sides too and pain is like pulling some nerves type.. what could be the possible reasons and please suggest the tests to undergo

I have taken rabbies second booster dose on  five days delay on 1st August now crawling sensation in head and headache since 15 days. does this  delay of  vaccine cause severe neurological disorder. Dog is alive now.

I experience numbness in the little finger and adjacent finger of my left hand, mostly at night, with occasional mild tingling during the day. Tapping the area above the elbow also causes tingling. Symptoms are limited to these two fingers and the area of the palm below them. Please suggest the next steps
