Loose motions and headache from 5 days. Food rarely eaten by patients generally one or two times a day. Only two chapati in one meal.

Is it reversed by weight reduction or something else my report show t2 flair with preventecular leukomalacia

A 26-year-old woman reports a new, sharp, burning, and tingling pain in her right breast that started two days ago. She rates the pain as a 10/10, describing it as a sudden "jolt" or "pinch." The pain radiates toward the nipple with movements like jumping or raising her arm. She also noticed new swelling in her right breast. She has no other symptoms like fever or chills. She suspects the pain might be related to wearing a tight bra while sleeping. This is the first time she's had this kind of pain.

Dear sir/maam For last few months I having panic attacks anxiety attack since I heard the news of someone known to me having stroke since than I have palpitations rapidly high bp not able to sleep and I used to take alcohol to return rid of such fearful thought of heart attack or stroke having neck pain headaches feels like dissynes All day. I measured bp it turned out high but next morning it was normal so may I know what would be my next step of action. Should I take bp medicines

Serial ransaxial scans were pertormed starting from the base of the skull in the infratentorial and supratentorial compartment. OBSERVATIONS: Small hypodense focus noted in right ganglio-capsular region, likely prominent VR space. Rest of the brain parenchyma depicts normal attenuation values Cortical sulci and cistermal spaces are normal. Supratentorial ventricular system is normal in morphology; No focal lesions identified. No bleed or shift of midline structures seen. Pons, midbrain and medulla are normal. 4th ventricle is normal in shape, size and morphology. No obvious calvarial fracture. Skul base region appears normal. Paranasal siruses appear normal, Nasal septum deviated towards the right side.Bilateral mastoids appear normal. IMPRESSION: Small hypodense focus in right ganglio-capsular region, likely prominent VR space.No obvious focal brain parenchymal abnormality deteeted.

My problem is 1 my mind always running catering uneven thought even I not thinking. 2  when I sleep at night fallen problem and whole night uneven dream thinking only and in morning we feel tired. 3 social anxiety , when I go out of the home what people see ,what think about me .4

3 wks ago I met with an accident and my Head hit on the ground. one stitch on Head but no vomiting, naucea etc except a mild vertigo while moving. CT scan result was normal however I got admitted for 24 hours as a precaution.After discharge I experienced vertigo and pressure&tingling feeling on the opposite side of the Head Injury. During the 1st follow up,the doctor said to observe one more week but no improvement but it was not worsening. On the 2nd follow up the doctor asked to consult an ENT, and the ENT Dr. said that the vertigo is due to BPVV.The doctor corrected it by Head maneuver and in the next five days the vertigo got gradually cleared.But still i was feeling pressure & tingling  on the head on some days so I've consulted a neurologist. The Dr. said there seems no issue but to ensure suggested for MRI. The report was normal and the Dr. gave medicine for the tingling nd pressure nd told not to worry .I'm looking for a second opinion, is this normal?how long it normally last?

I want to ask is it possible for someone to be diagnosed with dementia at 26 years of age and if yes what are the symptoms we should look for?

Hi all.Iam writing this in regard to a problem am facing for the past 4 months.I happened to feel like passing out while lying down one night 4 months back.After diagnosis it was found to be vertigo for which I was taking medicines for first 2 months or so.now some one in our society suggested physiotherapy for the neck pain and dizziness as we thought medication is not long time solution.Hence I joined one physiotherapy centre 1 month back for the neck pain and dizziness which I was facing results were quite good for 20-25 days.but now since 1 week am getting the same neck pain and dizziness.pls advise
