Brain and Spine Problems

Past 4 days she is waking up to breathe while trying to sleep(no snoring)with jerks too.even in daytime sleep.nose sometimes blocked.did treatment for allergic rhinitis.did mri echo everything came normal(in December)hrct in janaury...she had breathlessness while talking and doing excercise which ruled out to be mild asthematic.but her sleep has gone..her weight is 65.9 height 5'3...she can't sleep without anxiety homoeopathy medicine that too won't work like we'll..she don't gasp for air.but can sleep for very few hours..

I am a 25-year-old male with high blood pressure. For the past few weeks I have been experiencing mild nerve-related symptoms such as tingling sensation in my hands, mild pain around the neck (sometimes left or right side), and occasional mild finger tremors. There is no major weakness, but my hands sometimes feel slightly weak while walking. Could you please advise: Is there any medicine or supplement recommended for this condition? Thank you.

I had pain in my left side of brain 7 months ago, it felt like a current, it would get better after a few seconds, then the left side of my face became weak, Slavia was drowning and was admitted to the hospital, egg and mri done diogenes gswd I took Levera for 4 or 5 months, then it would get better, then I stopped it, now 4 days ago it felt like a current, then pain in the entire head, sometimes near the eyes, sometimes on the right, then it would get better, after a few seconds Slavia was drowning, alertness was also less, I took Levera, then also there was pain but today it is not there, why did this repeat, what should be done

I have done my gall bladder operation in may 2025 after then my left side neck pain started and ear above and behind ear in temple area scalp muscle inside palpitation started like tap tap tap it does not happen regularly but it happens 2 twice or once in a week and when muscle twist happens it continues upto 7 hours after operation I have pain in left jaw also that tym now I have neck pain and paltipation problem I have seen orthopedic my cervical spine ct show denerative changes my vitamin D is 9.23 I'm having vitamin D medicine since 1 month why this bothering me does it related to jaw or SCM muscle pain this twisting

I'm suffering from neck stiffness and scalp palpitations since may gall bladder operation I can't sleep on my left of this pain and scalp palpitations

I face problem that my left side above or upper side of ear is twitching suddenly and normal after second and after sometime again this is happens what is this plz guide me or tell any medicine for this is not happen again

I have daily atleast 10 to 15 confusions briefly that lasts for 5-10 seconds. The confusion that comes suddenly with a thought that suddenly interrupts my actual thinking and confuses me when I am speaking with someone or listening from someone or writing/typing. Also a month ago for the first time I got tonic clonic seizure. Then I have taken overnight EEG and epilepsy protocol MRI. Where the MRI showed normal but EEG showed abnormal. Iam diabetic with hba1c 7.2 and these days I am getting severe calf pain if I stand for sometime And while resting it goes away start if I stand for sometime whatvcausing calf pain pls respond

I was  diagnosed from loss of cervical lordosis and reduced disc space C5-c6 by X - Rays prescribed by a Neurologist.My Neurologist recommended me ( Stemitil Md 5 mg, combiflam and Gabapentin - L gel for 5 days and certain exercises. The exercises mostly had neck tilting upwards and back. . Use of an adjustable cervical collar is also recommended. Kindly help with the following: 1.. when I do these exercises and tilt my neck backwards I feel dizzy. Is it normal or shall I stop the exercises and consult with other speciality.Read somewhere that this dizziness is normal and will subside as my body gets 2. Is there any advantage of an  adjustable cervical collar over a standard soft cervical collar? 3. Which will be the right specialist to treat these issues? 4. What can be the cause of dizziness while exercising. Kindly help
