I am a 20-year-old male with
vitamin B12 levels declining over time (196 → 165 → 135). Recently, I learned about B12 deficiency and noticed several symptoms in myself: poor concentration, brain fog, depression-like feelings, and memory issues and tinitus. I also have reduced coordination and slower reaction time while playing, occasional imbalance while walking or running (especially when tired), and I get fatigued easily.
Physically, I have mild needle-like sensations and occasional numbness in my arms or feet (usually when pressed or folded). I suspected a hormonal issue, but my
testosterone to estrogen ratio was around 11:1–12.7:1.
