Brain and Spine Problems

I am diagnosed for C, 5,6 (majorly) nerve compression. Disk bulge is treaced in MRI. One dr adviced for C,4,5,6,7 surgery ( for future precautions) other one suggested take physiotherapy for 3 months and decide. Bcoz i don't have neck pain or trouble in neck movement. Along with this I have left shoulder Tendonitis too. After 10 days physiotherapy 99% shoulder pain is gone. MY QUESTION IS Doctor prescribed me trymptomer 10 one at night. But is is causing constipation. Before that he suggested Pregaba D then stopped seeing me constipated. Can I take Maxgalin 50 instead of tryptomer 10 or any other to escape from constipation? Other medicines I am taking are Bisoheart 2.5 mg one in morning Aztolet 10 one in night Tinnicar one in morning one in night Rijumet one in morning till hba1c goes beyond 6. Now it is 6.2

I am having cyst in my head (multiple). They does not pain. What is the cause and treatment options available

A few weeks back, while masturbating lying down on bed, the moment I felt like orgasm, i got a huge sudden headache, it was so bad I had to stop. The pain lingered for some time then stopped but I got so scared even to have sex thereafter. Late that week I also have recurring spondilitis, hence was taking rest, after almost 2 weeks, I thought of trying to masturbate once again. I got similar but milder version of that headache again. Myself, pritam Biswas was prescribed colonoscopy under IV sedation and ct enterography and hrct throax  for ibd diagnosis by gastroenterologist. Colonoscopy was done by injecting iv sedation and at night i felt severe headache and fever and the next day while technician did the ct enterography by oral contrast and injecting intravenous contrast, after 30 minutes i felt severe shaking of entire body around 40 minutes , followed by intense vomiting,slurred speech,muscle weakness and severe dizziness. The symptoms resolve within one day. I have also allergic rhinitis and vestibular migraine. Next day i consulted with a neurologist, after consultation he diagnosed that these incidents are occured by contrast induced allergy and NEUROTOXICITY. Is it an apt diagnosis or have i mini stroke? I am in bit confusion. Please give suggestions

Hello everyone my name is suma jyoshna. Age 40. From march 2025 onwards iam suffering from headache (whole head). I have thyroid issues from 12 years . (During my pregnancyb )Bp was noticed  from may 2025.  My BP readings are 140/90. As i have thyroid and headache issue my doctor wrote MRI and it was normal . Now my Bp is also going normal . I dont have sugar  I want to know iam i in dangerous situations. My doubt is How nuch time will take for a clot formation. My cholesterol ia also normal. Triglyceride levels are 100 plz clarify my doubt and take me up from this trauma. Can we use mild blood thinners  weekly once as a primitive to escape from the strokes. Or give me some tips to make my blood thin.
