Hi I have pain radiating from neck to left arm and then to my left rib.. its there from 4 years and sometimes it doesn't pain but have discomfort and sometimes it hurts a lot near rib.. One if the neurologist said its cervical rediculopathy.

Whenever i am sitting simply my mind normally thinks of something about how can we improve in my life if i am like this in the same private work or anything else,i suddenly lose my concentration bus i feel the change by body vibration,so at that time normally i touches the thinks in my front and side by passing side to side without my concentration,but at that time i will be coming to the normal position.But whats the problem ??? Have taken ocd and anxiety treatment tab fluvoxamine, clonil, lopez md from 2020 to 2023, response very good. Now again having symptoms, so doctor again in aug 25 prescribed same medicine. My question is again same medicine will work or not and strted from three weeks. How much time required to show improve ment in symptoms.

I am 36 years old...I m allergic to some of the antibiotics..few months back suffering from high fever i got admitted at hospital..there the antibiotics they gave me caused electric shock like symtoms in my head... Anxiety.. hallucinations... palpitations...burning sensation through out my body..due to that I could not sleep at night for ten days at a stretch untill i took antidepressants Rexipra 10..after 5 days I stopped taking that medicine... slowly slowly i got my previous state of mind after one month..then again after the onset of a traumatic experience i got back those Symptoms again even more like suicidal thoughts racing thoughts insomnia..being hyper vigilant..now I m on medication such as nexito 10..antonil plus 5mg... Franxit...my question is Will i be ever able to get back my previous state of mind without medication..or I need to take these meds for life long otherwise I will get back these symptoms again..pls reply..I m worried

Respected Dr., From last 4-5 months, i am noticing that whenever itake a nap or sleep at night whenever i wake up my body starts trembling and i feel like i will fall. I checked my blood sugar level and it was normal. I dont have thyroid. My blood pressure is normal. But from past 2- 3 months i am having a headache that when i take pain killers it resolves but again after that it starts to hurt. Please tell me what is going on and should i see a dr?
