Sir Heel pain with burning foot since last one year what is the treatment please advise me Thank you

I am a recently passed mbbs graduate. I am diagnosed with essential tremors by 3-4 different neurologists. Prescribed •propanolol 40mg daily.. didnt work •Primidone+trihexaphenydil+ clonazepam : clonazepam was too sedating for me •primidone+trihexaphendyl+sodium valproate: works lil bit and non that sedative But all these make me dull & low mood So my query is that is there any other regimen u would try or any replacement you would do? Its slowly affecting whole body and becoming a major burden in both professional and personal life. Hope to hear from you soon!

Dear Dr I'm having disc bulge posterior C4C5C6C7 & my symptoms are swaying rocking nose & head pressure . I do not have any pain in neck or arms . My MRI report also states Grade 1 Fazekas leukoaraiosis Is the swaying floating feeling because of disc bulge or something else Kindly suggest

Hi Doctor, I have a problem of overthinking , I deliverd 2nd baby 8 months ago since then I lost confidence that I can take care of my kids physically, men..tally and financially. I'm worried that something will happen to me. Because of this overthinking and sleeplessness I'm feeling giddiness due to which I consulted doctors near me, they prescribed me medicines. I'm scared to take as I'm breastfeeding. Can someone please help me to overcome this problem without medication. I want to get back to my life. Please I need help .

For the past 2 months once in a week I felt an episode of sudden confusion with mild nauseating sensation and this just lasted for few seconds to 1 minute and then I recover to normal. Sometimes a mental fatigue even after the episode lasts for half an hour and I become completely normal. I was completely conscious during that episode but still I feel sleepy tired confused and can't think or speak or concentrate at that moment and it take few minutes to concentrate again. Before the episode occured weekly twice then weekly once and thankfully now occurs only biweekly but I am still afraid what may be the problem. Only this recent episode I felt mild heaviness in my left head region at scalp during that episode like spasmbut I don't know they're linked or its normal. Kindly say what it is. I am just 25 years old.
