Brain and Spine Problems

Whenever I am thinking in my mind or talking with anyone or listening any conversation or TV. Some word in my mind is overlapping with the word or phrase which I am listening or thinking but I can't recognize what is that word. I know some pharses or words coming to my mind but I can't even pronounce that because I can't even recognize what is the word is exactly. When the word comes in my mind I immediately take a pen to write in a paper but immediately I will forget that or can't recognize that properly. This episode last for 2 to 5 seconds only but the frequency is once a week or once in a day or sometimes 100 times in a hour. At that time I go to sleep even in the morning for half an hour and everything will become normal. Even when I am writing this now many unnecessary words and phrases comes in my mind and disturbing what I am actually thinking to write.  If this happens when I'm reading or listening I suddenly get confused. why it is so?

Sensation in the back head like a shock for just a second or mini second and it covers the left side leg also.. in cervical MRI report c4/5 and c5:6 disc has been prolapse..so can you guide me..what type of disease is this?

Hello Doctor, I am a 29-year-old female experiencing persistent muscle weakness and fatigue. My main concerns are jaw fatigue while chewing, neck and hand weakness (difficulty holding head/hands up), breathlessness on exertion, and occasional cold sensations with paresthesia in hands/feet. Sometimes I feel like I'm experiencing difficulty in swallowing. Blood tests including thyroid, electrolytes, vitamin D, and magnesium are mostly normal. I'm taking medicines for anxiety (Sertraline 25). All of these symptoms make me very anxious. I initially thought it's anxiety related but my symptoms consistently begin physically. These symptoms come and go, which makes me feel more confused. These symptoms got worse in the last few days. It gets worse by evening.

I have been experiencing a sleeping disorder since the age of 13. Whenever I go to bed, it usually takes me about four to five hours to fall asleep, which results in significant eye fatigue. I would appreciate your guidance and treatment for this issue.

Actually, I feel a kind of rising sensation from the soles of my feet up to my ankles and knees, and it happens much more when I put my feet in a cold place. When I pour cold water over my body while bathing, I get the feeling that “something is about to rise,” as if it will spread throughout my whole body. On other days, this feeling is present but milder. However, on certain specific days — for example, Wednesday or Sunday — if that rising pain starts in my body even once, it troubles me the entire day. When that pain rises and spreads through my whole body, I feel very uneasy, I don’t feel like doing anything, and if it happens while I’m talking to someone, it feels extremely unpleasant. After a while, I return to normal, and then I can’t clearly remember what caused it or what exactly happened. I’m very worried about this, especially with my board exams coming up.

From last few month my mother is going to toilet but not washing after doing toilets. She is 64 yrs old. We thought due to age might be happening, but whenever I I form that she is doing like dat she becomes hyper n starts fighting .and denying . I think she is having some mental issue. Everytime going to toilet but not washing n sitting like dat only

Hello doctor It's been nearly 6 months I'm having migraine Earlier it's been just an headache then it goes heavier when I cry or got angry or listening music or screen it's getting worse eyes also starting paining One month before it goes heavier and I went to two hospitals they suggest me to see a neurologist but due to personal reasons I didn't went hospital again Even a side will pain especially left side my eyes pain together Any solution doctor

I've been getting severe headaches very often especially when I'm on an empty stomach for a long duration. The headache comes with nausea too, and gets worse in bright lights and loud noises. This has been going on for years. I've tried several medications suspecting it's a gastric related issue but it didn't help. What do I need to do? Please suggest. Thanks!

My son jerk or vibrate in sleep throughout night. I don't know what is this but he don't wake up. He is not tired in morning nor he is crying. me what is this. I can see slight arm moment leg moment or shoulder or chest or sometimes lip not twitching but making hunger noise. It happens for 1-2 seconds only in 3-5 minute gap. Otherwise my kid is alright. He is allergic patient and having asthama He is having immunotherapy for dust mite.pls reply Pls tell me this is dangerous?
