Brain fog and VitaminB12 deficiency
Ive been experiencing brain fog since 40days and got my blood test I got vitamin b12 levels of 199 pg/ml is it because of vitamin b12 defiency that I am experiencing it? I'm confused on what basis I'm experiencing it and I'm unable to concentrate on the work

First you should have clarity on what do you mean by Brain fog . You definitely have Vit B12 deficiency as per your gender & age and should take B12 supplements. But it’s going to benefit you for correction of  deficiency but regarding symptoms I can't definitely tell unless both are interrelated
